What software implementations does jTask Pulse support?

jTask Pulse supports all types of software implementations. It has been used to support Salesforce, SAP, SAP Hybris, Oracle and ServiceMax business transformations, to name a few.

What is the jTask Pulse security policy?

We take security very seriously and have a designated Security Risk Officer, who will be able to answer critical technical questions.

To increase security, make sure you implement jTask Pulse Single Sign-on which is free and sign-up for our Rest API to eliminate having to upload spreadsheet data for org data uploads.

Can I increase or reduce the number of licenses?

Your administrator can add or remove users at any time. Our system tracks usage and will adjust your next month’s billing accordingly.

Can I extract my data from jTask Pulse and is it difficult?

It is easy to extract some or all your data from jTask Pulse to Microsoft Office files or text files using standard system reports.

Can I share data with non-users?

Yes. You can provide non-jTask Pulse users direct links to communication plans or training course descriptions.

What is the process after we stop using jTask Pulse and paying for the service?

As a user, you pay one month in advance. After that month runs out your key user will have one month’s additional access to Dashboards and Reports for data download purposes, everybody else will be deactivated and no longer have access to jTask Pulse. After that one-month period has elapsed, no further access will be allowed and your data will be archived and then deleted two months later.

If you wish to retrieve your data from archive, before it is deleted, there is a retrieval fee.

What is the process if we have a project delay and want to put jTask on hold?

As a user, you pay one month in advance. After that month runs out your key user will have one month’s additional access to Dashboards and Reports for data download purposes, everybody else will be deactivated and no longer have access to jTask Pulse. If you want to put your account on hold for a period longer than one month contact jTask Sales as soon as possible to obtain pricing on maintaining data for an extended period. You will be required to pay to restart your account.

Is my data backed up and how regularly?

We now do three (3) backups per day, at 05:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM US Pacific Time. We can go back 30 days. There is a standard charge of one hour for any backup restoration, billable by credit card . Contact support@jtask.com.

Training

How am I trained in jTask Pulse?

To obtain a course description listing contact jTask Sales. if you are already a customer contact your jTask Pulse Account Manager.

We provide two hours of free application support for Small, Medium and Large license purchases in your first month. We recommend using this free support for configuration

How much time does it take to learn jTask Pulse?

It typically takes about an hour to learn each module. There are four main modules, Engage, Communicate, Train and Map. Admin training takes an additional hour.

Is there any online help?

Yes, there is. Click on the user menu and go to the jTask Pulse Help Center menu. The site is fully searchable

Application Support

Is technical support available?

Yes. We provide two hours of free support for Small, Medium and Large license purchases, to be used in the first month of signing up, however you need, whether for initial training, setup or data loads.

Paid technical support after first month is available for all licensees at $120 per hour. Contact jTask Sales if you need any jTask Pulse customization such as mass data uploads, integrations to other business corporate business systems or custom reports.
