jTask Launches 2020 CCMP Training with Updated Content
Change management consulting, software and training firm jTask, Inc. announces the launch of the 2020 version of its CCMP Training.
Enhancements have been made to over 400 content slides, to create a richer learning experience. More examples have been added, so that students powerfully relate the learning experience to their lives. There is also new practical exercises, that students can take away and use to help them implement the ACMP Standard for Change Management at their organizations.
The jTask 21-hour Virtual Instructor-Led CCMP Training takes students through the five key processes that change managers are expected to understand and lead as appropriate: Evaluate the Change Impact and Organizational Readiness, Formulate the Change Management Strategy, Develop the Change Management Plan, Execute the Change Management Plan and Complete the Change Management Effort.
“Now change management professionals intending to take the CCMP exam, have an even more rich and complete training offering in which to participate.” Said Roger Watson, jTask principal, “Basically, it’s just better.”
“The 2020 CCMP training class is our best yet. The ACMP Standard for Change Management that is free and open to the benefit of all organizations – private or public, for profit or not, large or small. We do not teach any propriety change management models,” said Roger “We only teach The Standard.”
When the ACMP Standard for Change Management was first published in 2014, jTask was one of the first Qualified Education Providers to offer a course specifically designed to promote deep understanding of all the process groups and processes covered in The Standard as well as ways to use it in organizations.
Since day one, jTask has supported efforts of ACMP to enhance the profession of change management by first offering many free presentations to the change management professionals in the San Francisco Bay area. Later, jTask offered several well-attended workshops on ACMP Standard, at regional, national and global ACMP conferences.
“We are sticking to our key value proposition to deliver training on the ACMP Standard for Change Management and its practical implementation,” said Mr. Watson.
