Frequently Asked Questions

What experience do you have with virtual training?

jTask CCMP Training has five years of experience delivering instructor-led virtual training. The course was designed to be delivered both virtually and classroom-based when it was launched in 2015.

What if my schedule changes and I cannot attend the course for which I registered?

If you cannot attend your registered training course or a class, just let us know.  We can move you into an open course or class within the next twelve months. There are no additional costs or fees.

Can I complete the training across courses?

You can spread the training classes out over multiple courses at no additional charge. However, we ask you to please complete class 1 before you go on to attend classes out of sequence. Class 1 covers the course objectives and how the course is organized.

Examples
• You could attend classes 1 and 2 in the September course, and classes 3 and 4 in the October or November course.
• You have completed class 1 but cannot make class 2. You can continue with classes 3 and 4 in the current course and complete class 2 in the next course.

There are no additional costs or fees.

Is the ACMP CCMP application and exam fees included in the jTask CCMP Training fee?

The CCMP application and exam fees are not included in the jTask CCMP training fee. The CCMP application and exam fees are paid directly to the ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals). To learn more review the article on Fees on the CCMP website.

Are courses guaranteed to run?

Courses are guaranteed to run if more than three students have registered for the public course and paid. Otherwise, if fewer than three students register by Class 1 then you may be asked to move to another course or your registration will be refunded.

Are there any required books, course materials, or homework?

There is no required course pre-reading or work that you need to complete. There is no homework during the course. All materials are included.

Included in the GoToTraining email invite is a link to the course materials.

We add course materials and documents (links, templates, exercises, white papers) after we have explained them during the course. We add the course slide deck right before the class starts.

How do I get access to the class training materials?

The link to the jTask CCMP training materials page is included with each class reminder. The page includes all the course materials both files and URL links to additional materials. The session presentation (slide deck) is posted the week of Class. The course materials web page will remain available to students for 90 days after the last session, to make sure you have time to download the materials.

We do not make the practice exercises available outside the class.

When will online proctoring of the CCMP Exam be available?

Is jTask a PMI (Project Management Institute) Registered Education Provider (REP)?

Yes, since 2019. You can earn PDUs toward maintaining your PMI certifications by attending the training.

Does jTask guarantee I will pass the CCMP exam?

We stand behind our training. Just as with any professional certification exam – project management, finance, real estate for example – you must do a certain amount of work and study to pass.

For our public jTask CCMP Training courses, if you do not pass the CCMP exam taken within 90 calendar days of successful completion of our course, we will allow you to retake our whole course at no charge.

Do you offer training on-site at my organization’s location?

Corporate training is available on site. Please contact jTask Sales.

Do you offer a senior management overview or introduction to the ACMP Standard for Change Management?

Yes. We are happy to conduct a one-hour session with your senior managers if it helps you to explain or justify our CCMP Training or ACMP Standard for Change Management and Practical Implementation Training either for you personally or for colleagues.

How can I get a refund?

If you need a course refund, please request it by emailing jTask suport@jtask.com and we will process your request within ten days. The request needs to be received at least two weeks before the beginning of the course for which the refund is being requested.

Depending on your credit card policy, it may take some time for the amount to appear back on your credit card.
