With AI accelerating change management tasks in so many areas—such as transcribing and summarizing stakeholder meetings, suggesting change strategies, automating plans, and building training courses—change and project professionals may wonder whether the ACMP Standard for Change Management is still necessary.

The goal of this post—and the subsequent blog posts—is to explore how AI can be leveraged to apply the ACMP Standard effectively in real-world scenarios, driving improved change adoption and benefit realization.

In this first post, we focus on “Evaluate the Change Impact and Organizational Readiness”, the first process group in the ACMP Standard, which is essential for driving strategy and subsequent planning. How to Use AI for This Process:

    • Project Managers
